First Choice are currently recruiting 2 Senior Recruitment Information Officers to work with our Client in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust at their Rosewood Villa Site in Armagh. This is a full-time temporary post, initially required for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role is £14.06 per hour. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A minimum of one year's experience in a recruitment role is essential.
Main duties will be:
- Manage the recruitment process for a high volume of clinical, social care, and non-clinical vacancies, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns from vacancy authorisation through to appointment, maintaining accurate records and meeting key recruitment targets.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to recruiting managers on recruitment procedures, workforce policies, pre-employment checks, and best practice.
- Process and monitor recruitment activity using electronic recruitment and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSE's all grade C or above to include English and Maths.
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar role.
- Willing to undertake an Access NI check.
- Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative.
