We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis based in Holywell Hospital Antrim. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-1pm, rate of pay is £12.75 per hour and it's expected to last 2 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy HR environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support across employee relations and absence management processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for employee relations and absence management processes
- Arranging formal hearings, booking venues, coordinating attendees, and preparing meeting documentation
- Respond to HR queries and offer guidance on relevant policies and procedures
- Support sickness absence management and ill-health retirement processes
- Attend formal meetings, take accurate minutes, and support senior HR staff
- Draft and issue formal letters
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSE's to include English
- 1 year's admin experience
- Knowledge of software packages including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
