x5 Support Workers required to work as part of our clients team at Ward House, one of the South Eastern Trust's supported living units in Bangor. This role focuses on providing 2:1 support to an individual with learning disabilities and who may display challenging behaviours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Promoting independence and daily living skills

Shifts that will need covered are Day shifts 8.00am-3.00pm, 3.00pm-10.00pm and Waking Nights. We are looking for 5 individuals who would be available to work 5 shifts per week and are CPI trained or willing to undertake this training. Pay rates range from £12.75 to £21.55 per hour, depending on the shift worked. This post will last for a minimum of 3 months and may be extended. This role will begin the middle of July once training and compliance checks are completed.

What We Need From You:

  • Previous experience in Support Work
  • CPI trained or willing to undertake the training
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To attend mandatory training courses
  • Undergo an Access NI check
