Exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our team at Ward House, one of the South Eastern Trusts supported living units in Bangor. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support to individuals with learning disabilities, including those who may display challenging behaviours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Promoting independence and daily living skills

Immediate start available with shifts including 8.00am-3.00pm, 3.00pm-10.00pm and also night shifts and sleepovers. Pay rates range from £12.75 to £21.55 per hour, depending on the shift worked. This post will last a minimum of 3 months and may be extended.

What We Need From You:

  • Previous experience in support work
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To attend mandatory training courses
  • Undergo an Access NI check
