Social Work Assistant required to work in a community social work team in Belfast. This role will involve working with the social work team to implement care plans, maintain individual caseloads, provide advice and support to elderly patients and their families about available resources, and provide reports and information. You will also interact with other healthcare professionals regarding referrals and further treatment plans for the patients. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hourly rate of £14.06. This post will initially last for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in social care OR hospital setting
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • Be willing to undergo an Access NI check
  • Full clean driving licence
