Senior Support Worker - Omagh

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join the Family & Childcare Team based at Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital. Working as part of the Children's Services Team, you will collaborate closely with Social Workers and Social Work Assistants to support children, young people, and their families. Key Responsibilities: Identifying the strengths and needs of children, young people, families and carers, Contributing to assessments, care planning, and the implementation. Working in partnership with the wider Children's Services Team to deliver effective, person-centred support. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to positive outcomes for children and families. This post is required immediately for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £15.88. It is preferred that candidates have a Care Related Degree or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with previous experience working with children and families such as childcare settings, youth work, or care assistant roles.
