First Choice are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based at Antrim Hospital. This is a part-time role working 16-20 hours per week on a 4-week rota basis. Shifts are Monday to Friday either 9:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm, with weekend shifts of 2:30pm-8:30pm. Candidates will be required to work one weekend per month.
The pay rate is £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.92 for Saturdays, and £23.26 for Sundays.
Duties will include:
- Managing the front reception area
- Directing patients and visitors
- Dealing with general enquiries and correspondence
- Answering calls and queries promptly
- Handling complaints professionally
- Assisting with car park and access control queries
Applicants should have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational ability
- Experience working in a busy reception or administrative environment
What we need from you:
- Relevant experience working within a Clerical/Receptionist role
- GCSE English Language
- An ability to answer high volume calls
- An ability to deal with private and sensitive information
- Willingness to undertake an Access NI Check
