First Choice are currently recruiting x4 production operatives to work with our client in Bangor. This is a full-time role which offers a 3-day weekend. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:45pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
The successful candidate must be able to display excellent communication skills, and be able to work off their own initiative, as well as part of a team.
The main duties of this role will be to:
- Support the efficient manufacturing and packaging of yoghurt products within a busy production facility
- Operate production and packaging machinery in line with company procedures and training
- Pack, label, and prepare finished products to meet quality and customer standards
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any issues or deviations immediately
- Follow strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations at all times to ensure compliance with industry standards
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs grade A*-C including English and Maths
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Able to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
