Production Manager - Ballymoney

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a manufacturer of PVC windows and composite doors based in Ballymoney, who is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage their manufacturing team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within the PVC window and composite door manufacturing industry, along with proven experience managing a manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can oversee daily production, coordinate materials, resolve issues and ensure customer orders are completed efficiently and on schedule. Salary: £47,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Hours: MondayThursday, 7:00am4:30pm | Friday, 7:00am12:30pm Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent What We Need From You Previous experience in PVC window and composite door manufacturing is essential. Proven experience managing and leading a manufacturing team Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage daily production schedules. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach to managing production and supporting factory staff.
