On behalf of the Business Services Organisation, First Choice are recruiting a Procurement Officer, this role will be based in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a varied role.

Duties will include:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Supporting contract renewals
  • Responding to queries from departments and suppliers
  • Completing general administrative tasks while ensuring compliance

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for a temporary, ongoing position with no set end date.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant experience in a business, commercial, or financial environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and organisational skills
