Overview
Plumber required to work with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Newtownabbey. The role offers full-time hours working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Initially the position is on a temporary basis for 3 months with the opportunity for extension based on performance. The hourly rate is £13.91.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair and replace any plumbing systems in NIHE properties and leave them in a safe and tidy condition
- Collaborate with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary
- Support and mentor apprentices as necessary

What We Need From You
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a plumbing environment
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements

- 3 years relevant experience working in a plumbing environment
- Full driving licence that includes C1 category
