First Choice are currently recruiting for a Personal Secretary to work within the Western Health and Social Care Trust, at their South Western Acute Hospital Site in the Acute Care of the Elderly and Stroke Services Department. This is a full-time role, working from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. This role will be paid at £12.75 per hour.
The successful candidate must be able to display strong communication skills, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, and be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Arranging diary dates, venues, travel arrangements, and hospitality
- Minute taking, audio typing, and shorthand/note taking
- Organising the office and carrying out routine secretarial duties
- Development and maintenance of an efficient filing system
- Brought forward system, mail distribution, photocopying, binding, and ensuring relevant files are available for meetings
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs grade A*-C including Maths and English
- Minimum of 1 year secretarial experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word & Outlook
