First Choice are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer, to work within the Western Health and Social Care Trust, at their Cedar Villa site in Omagh. This is a Full Time Temporary role, initially required for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and will be paid at £12.75 per hour.

The main duties of this role will be:

  • Maintaining diaries and appointments.
  • Typing of all general correspondence including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Maintenance of the Trust's filing system.
  • Data entry.
  • Dealing effectively and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths.
  • 1 year Secretary experience (minute taking/diary management and coordinating meetings).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
