First Choice are currently seeking Administrators to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. We have roles available within various departments in the Ulster Hospital and Ards Community Hospital. Working hours for these posts will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a Pay Rate of £12.75 Per Hour.
The main duties will be:
- Maintaining diaries
- Minute taking
- Arranging meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Distributing incoming mail
- General office duties
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
- 1 year administrative experience in a similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Office
