We are currently looking for 4 Business Support Officers, required to work with Newry, Mourne and Down Council. These roles will be based in the Downshire Civic Centre in Downpatrick. These roles are temporary, required for a period of 3 to 6 months but may be extended based on monthly performance reviews. These roles will vary in hours, therefore all applicants must be fully flexible Monday to Friday. These posts come with a pay rate of £14.52 per hour.
The main duties will include:
- General administration
- Reception duties
- Handling confidential information
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Process financial transactions (recording and receipt of all monies)
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
- 1 year experience in administration/customer service
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Willing to undertake an Access NI check
