We are seeking an aftercare and Service Coordinator to work with our client McGuiness Mechanical Engineering, in their Newry Branch. This post is a temporary position, initially required for a period of 3 weeks covering sickness, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and 08:30 to 15:30 on Fridays, and will be paid at £13.50 per hour.
The main duties of this role are to:
- Provide prompt and effective responses to client enquiries, addressing concerns and offering clear guidance on aftercare and servicing options.
- Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the aftercare period, ensuring post-purchase satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams to support efficient aftercare operations.
- Schedule and coordinate aftercare and servicing appointments with engineers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths.
- 1 year experience in administration or customer service.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
