One Maintenance Officer needed to work in the Limavady Area. This will be a temporary role lasting a minimum of 3 months with hourly pay of Β£16.37 for an immediate start. This position will entail coordinating and carrying out. repairs,.70 maintenance, improvement works and inspections to ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of working areas. This is a team-based role so communicating effectively with other team members to complete jobs is essential.
What The Job Entails:
- Work as part of a team alongside Patch and lettings Managers
- Communicate effectively with Housing Executive customers and partners.
- Carry out work to exact costing and price ranges.
- Authorise payment for works in line with cost and delegated authority limits.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues they might have.
- Effectively adhere to all HR management requirements
- Working closely with delivery partners such as heating inspectors, Engineers, and ground maintenance to ensure effective standards for customers are met.
- Raise and authorise works to secure properties after instances of PSNI forced entry.
- Investigate queries from Regional services teams when required.

- Possess a current clean driving licence.
