Join our team of dedicated Support Workers and make a real difference every day! As a preferred supplier to the Western Trust, we are recruiting Support Workers to work across our 3 main Supported Living settings in Derry / Londonderry & Limavady. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, challenging behaviours, and addictions, helping them live independently and confidently.

We offer long day shifts only, providing consistency and structure, along with flexible ongoing weekly shifts to suit your lifestyle. With competitive hourly rates ranging from £12.75 to £21.55 depending on shift pattern. You will provide person-centred care, encourage independence, build positive relationships, and work as part of a supportive team. This is more than just a job; it's your opportunity to change lives while doing something truly rewarding.

What We Need From You:

  • Experience working in a Healthcare Setting with personal care
  • To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
