Join our team of dedicated Support Workers and make a real difference every day! We are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join our supported living service in Londonderry, supporting adults with complex needs. This role focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities, co-occurring mental health conditions, and a history of substance misuse, as well as those who may display behaviours that challenge.
As part of this service, you will work closely with a consistent group of residents, helping them develop daily living skills such as managing their tenancy, maintaining routines, engaging with the community, and building confidence in their independence. You will also contribute to structured support plans, promote positive behaviour strategies, and provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual's goals. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supported living environment.
We offer long day shifts and night shifts, providing consistency and structure, along with flexible ongoing weekly shifts to suit your lifestyle. With competitive hourly rates ranging from £13.50 to £17.50 depending on shift pattern.
What We Need From You:- 6 Months experience working in a Healthcare Setting with personal care
- To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
- To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
