Are are a leading Supplier of Temporary and Permanent Staff to Both the Public and Private Healthcare Sectors across N Ireland . And are a preferred Supplier to all of the Healthcare Trusts. We are currently recruiting an additional Consultant to join our established Belfast Team. The role of a Healthcare Consultant is a varied one and requires someone who can work to deadlines and build relationships with both Clients and our Temporary workforce Daily Tasks will include Managing Temporary Workforce Handling High Volume Staff Requests Liaising With Client Companies Operating Computerised Booking System Preparing Recruitment Adverts Screening Advert Response Interviewing Healthcare Ensuring Legal Compliance Marketing First Choice Services Visiting Clients on site and Taking part in Recruitment exercises. Own Transport is essential in the role. Hours 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday Taking Part in On Call Rota ( This is a Paid Duty) Salary plus Quarterly Bonus Applicants do not need a Healthcare Background . applicants should have good interpersonal skills and have worked in a business to business environment.
