Assistant Financial Management Accountant | Gransha | £19.78 per Hour First Choice are currently recruiting a Assistant Financial Management Accountant on behalf of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust based at Gransha This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team, supporting the delivery of an effective Financial Management Service and assisting with budget setting, financial reporting and budgetary control across the Trust.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £19.78 per hour.
This is a temporary position expected to last 3 months.
Duties
Include: Support the Financial Management Accountant with financial systems and processes.
Update budgets when there are changes, such as Extra funding, Pay increases, Savings targets, New services Record and report incidents, sickness, accidents, or issues when required.
Make sure spending follows approved processes and delegated authority limits.
Assist with preparing financial reconciliations to make sure financial records are accurate and support the Trust in meeting its financial targets.
Organise and manage the finance teams workload to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
