Two Day Centre Support Workers required to work in Oakridge Day Centre, Dungannon. The successful candidates will work as part of a supportive team, providing care and assistance to adults with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, and learning disabilities. This post will start immediately for a minimum of 6 months with a possibility of extension. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am-3.30pm with an hourly pay rate of £12.75.

Previous experience working with Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviours preferred. As a Day Care Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred support to service users attending the centre. You will assist with a range of daily activities, manual handling, promote independence, and help create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive.

What We Need From You:

  • To be NISSC registered, or willing to apply.
  • Experience within a healthcare setting, preferably with learning disabilities.
  • Be willing to undergo an enhanced Access NI check.
