We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established building society in Ballymena on a 9 month fixed-term contract. It's a great opportunity to be part of a friendly, customer-focused team.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- £13.46 per hour (£24,500 per annum), plus £150 for working 1 Saturday every 3 months
About the Role:
You’ll be the face and voice of the branch, supporting customers with everyday banking needs including account queries, mortgages, opening accounts, cash handling, and incoming calls. It’s a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and delivering great service.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Be willing to work 1 Saturday every 3 months
