The predicted salary is between 12.71 - 12.71 £ per hour.
Two Admin Clerks required immediately to work full time in the Hospital Head Quarters within Craigavon Area Hospital. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension. The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
You will undertake a range of admin support duties including:
- Word processing
- Creating excel spreadsheets
- Records management
- Filing patients records
- Scanning
- Photocopying
- Arranging files based on categories and schedule of disposals
- Provision of admin support to management and the team
- Deal with incoming/outgoing mail and ensure that mail is distributed and re-directed appropriately to relevant staff and in a timely manner
What We Need From You:
- 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English (or equivalent)
- One year administrative experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Willing to complete an Access NI Police check
