First Choice are currently seeking a Booking Clerk to work with our client the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This role will be based in The Magowan Buildings, Portadown within the Adult Community Services Team. This post is full time/temporary working a shift pattern as outlined below:

  • Week 1 - 4: Monday to Friday 4 days 8am - 4pm and 1 day 10am - 6pm
  • Week 5: Monday to Saturday 3 days 8am - 4pm, 1 day 10am - 6pm, 1 day 8am - 11.30am and Saturday 9am - 1pm

Rates of pay will be £12.75 Monday to Friday and £17.22 on Saturday.

The main duties for this post will include:

  • Managing patient bookings by letter and via the telephone
  • Distributing incoming mail to the relevant person/department
  • General administration duties

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSEs all grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • 1 year admin or customer service experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
