- Prepare meals in line with menu plans and dietary requirements
- Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas
- Complete temperature checks
What We Need From You:
- Experience in cooking and food preparation
- Basic understanding of the dietary needs, nutritional and cultural requirements of elderly people
- Willing to complete an Access NI check and attend 1 day of mandatory training
