An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join the Learning Disability Team based at Rathlea House, Coleraine. This is a busy administrative role providing comprehensive secretarial support to the multidisciplinary team, including managing telephone enquiries, arranging appointments and meetings, taking minutes, maintaining accurate records, and carrying out a range of general office duties to support the smooth running of the service. The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour. The post is expected to last 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of telephone calls and enquiries
- Monitor and update referrals and records on the system
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and paperwork
- Take accurate minutes (Training can be provided for minute taking)
- Enter data accurately and maintain electronic and paper records
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSEs to include English
- 1 years admin experience
- Knowledge of software packages including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to be trained on minute taking
