We are currently recruiting Support Workers for an exciting opportunity within a welcoming and supportive Supported Living Setting in Coleraine. This is an immediate start role for a minimum of 3 months, offering you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs supporting them to live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment.

As part of a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, while promoting independence and choice. From supporting with household tasks, shopping, and budgeting to encouraging participation in community activities, you'll help empower service users to build confidence, develop life skills, and maintain a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.

  • Pay Rate: £13.50 - £17.50 per hour

Requirements

  • NISCC registered
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a healthcare setting (including personal care)
  • Enhanced Access NI check (to be completed prior to start date)

  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
