We are currently recruiting for a Laundry Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team within a well-established care home for elderly residents in Coleraine.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: Minimum 6-month assignment with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis
Key Duties:
- Washing, drying, ironing, and folding residents' clothing and bedding
- Ensuring all laundry is labelled, sorted, and returned to the correct residents
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the laundry area
- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Following infection prevention and health guidelines
