We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of our Assisted Living client in Garvagh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a rewarding environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be available to start immediately for a temporary assignment that has the potential for permanent employment.
Duties Include:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing filing, data entry and document preparation
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
- Supporting staff with day-to-day office duties
- Assisting with the smooth running of the service
- Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as required

- Office administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to complete an Access NI check
