This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team within an industrial environment, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and compliance.

Location: Coleraine

Hours: MondayFriday, 6AM1PM

Salary: £13.50 per hour

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will

  • Supervise and motivate a team of industrial cleaners to meet daily cleaning targets.
  • Allocate and oversee work rotas and ensure all areas are cleaned to specification.
  • Carry out quality checks and address any issues promptly.
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health & safety requirements.
  • Conduct hands-on cleaning tasks where necessary, particularly during staff shortages.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are well maintained and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all site-specific procedures and health & safety regulations (including COSHH).

What We Need From You

Proven experience in a cleaning role, ideally with supervisory responsibility in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
