Two Catering Assistants required to work with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust based in Knockbracken Foods. The role will provide full time hours working on a rota basis 5 out of 7 days a week between the hours of 6.30am until 3.30pm. Initially the role will be on a temporary basis for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance. The hourly rate Monday to Friday is £11.45, Saturday is £16.14 and Sunday is £20.95 which is due to increase in April.

Main duties will include:

  • washing dishes, pots and pans
  • helping with food preparation and service
  • sanitising surface areas and equipment
  • performing stock rotation
  • disposing of food bins as appropriate
  • adhering to high levels of cleanliness and hygiene

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum of 6 months catering experience is desirable
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns
