We are currently looking for 4 Business Support Officers , required to work with Newry, Mourne and Down Council. These roles will be based in the Downshire Civic Centre in Downpatrick. These roles are temporary roles, required for a period of 3 6 months but may be extended based on monthly performance reviews. These roles will vary in hours, therefore all applicants must be fully flexible Monday Friday. These posts come with a pay rate of £14.52 per hour. The main duties will include: General administration Reception duties Handling confidential information Providing excellent customer service Maintaining accurate and up to date records Organising meetings and taking minutes.
