New Solicitor position available to our client the Business Service Organisation (BSO), Belfast City Centre. This is a Full Time post on a Temporary basis up to 4 Months with a view on continuation. Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £32.96 per hour.

The Solicitor Consultant must demonstrate experience working within Property Law.

Key Duties:
  • Provide advice and representation to HSC Clients in property related matters to include the sale and purchase of lands, options, leases and licences.
  • Provide advice on capital projects as well as the planning of Business Cases for developments within the Health and Social Care Sector.
  • Work closely with the legal advisers for other Government Departments as well as Land and Property Services, Commercial Agents and other solicitors.
What We Need From You:
  • The post holder must be a Solicitor enrolled in Northern Ireland at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years post qualification experience of providing legal advice.
  • Demonstrate experience in providing legal advice and/or representation in the area of Property law.
  • The post holder must hold a full current driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
