Services Manager - Lisburn in Belfast

Services Manager needed to work with the Lisburn City Council, based at Civic Centre Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn . This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with possibility of extension. The hours of work will be between 9.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £27.13 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately. The post holder will be a member of the Governance and Communications Team, the postholder will be responsible for leading and managing the Democratic Services Team to ensure the delivery of an effective governance and decision-making framework for the Council. Main duties are to engage regularly with the Department for Communities on any legislative changes , Management of the Annual Meeting of Council, Support the Head of Service in the delivery of Local Government Elections and Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Mayor.
