Secretary required to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, in their Ulster Hospital Dundonald Site.

In this role you will provide secretarial services to the Assistant Director and the ED Management team.

This post is full time for a minimum of 6 months, paying £12.75 per hour.

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Main duties will include - Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports.

Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate Dealing with general enquiries.

Diary Management.
