Registered Manager required for a private sector client based in Belfast. This role involves leading and overseeing care services, including residential care for older people, disability services, and safeguarding provision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred social care
- Ensuring all services meet the standards of regulatory bodies and relevant social care councils
- Providing effective staff management, leadership, and support
- Taking lead responsibility for specialist areas such as adult safeguarding or specific care needs
The successful candidate will also act as a representative for the Council and work collaboratively with partner organisations. This is a temporary, full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The pay rate is £25.93 to £28.79 per hour. An immediate start is required for an initial 2-month period, with the possibility of extension.
What We Need From You:
- Degree in Social Work or Nursing
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in a health and social care setting working with regulated services
- Registration with NISCC
- Full UK driving licence
