We are seeking an additional Consultant to join our Belfast based team as a result of the ongoing growth of this sector. First Choice is a major supplier of healthcare staff within both the public and private sectors and is contracted to all of Northern Ireland's healthcare trusts for temporary staff.
The role on offer is varied and main aspects will include:
- Handling daily staff requirements for a range of clients including a number of hospitals
- Preparing and placing recruitment adverts
- Screening advert responses
- Registering staff for placement and ensuring they meet all legal requirements to work in the healthcare sector
- Managing temporary workforce
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Taking part in recruitment days and job fairs
- Marketing First Choice services
- Meeting quarterly targets
Hours: 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Friday (this is an office based role)
Salary plus quarterly bonus. Own transport essential.
Full training provided.
