First Choice Selection Services are a leading supplier of staff across the private and public sectors. We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Support Administrator to join our Belfast Head Office team, working alongside our General Recruitment Team.
Daily duties will include:
- Helping to manage temporary workforce
- Preparing staff profiles
- Maintaining computerised staff records
- Updating job vacancies tracker
- Daily marketing activities
- Placing recruitment adverts
- Assisting consultants as required
Applicants will have a strong admin background as well as customer skills and an ability to work as part of a small team. Hours are 8.45am to 5pm. This is a fully office-based role.
