First Choice Selection Services are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast based Head Office Team. The role will be to work within the General Recruitment Division which covers the supply of Staff in the Commercial/Industrial Sectors. First Choice are a Major Supplier of Temporary Staff in both the Private and Public Sectors.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a varied one. Main Duties will include:

  • Managing Existing Workforce and Clients
  • Liaising with Client Companies on their Recruitment Needs
  • Preparing and Placing Recruitment Adverts on a Variety of Platforms
  • Interviewing Applicants and Processing for Potential Employment
  • Placing Staff in Suitable Roles
  • Ensuring Client Companies Satisfaction
  • Developing First Choice Client Base
  • Taking Part in Recruitment Events
  • On Site Client Visits

We are seeking someone with a Sales / Customer Service Background, who has the ability to manage staff and build client relationships. Full Training provided. Own Car essential to the Role. Hours are 8.45am to 5pm. This is an office based role.
