First Choice Selection Services are seeking an Additional Consultant to join our Belfast Head Office Team. The role will be in the Commercial and Industrial Team and will cover a variety of areas across Northern Ireland including Bangor, Lurgan, Newry, and Enniskillen.
Duties will include:
- Managing Temporary Workforce to meet Client Requirements
- Preparing Recruitment Adverts
- Screening Advert Response
- Undertaking Registration Interviews for Suitable Staff
- Ensuring they meet legal and compliance requirements
- Liaising with both Public Sector and Private Clients on their recruitment needs
- Marketing First Choice Services
- Taking Part in Job Fairs and Open Days
- Meeting Quarterly Business Targets
Established in 1994, First Choice are a leading supplier of staff to both the Public and Private sectors, supplying over 1000 Temporary Staff on a weekly basis.
Hours: 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an Office Based Role. Own Transport is Essential.
We are seeking a motivated person who comes from a Customer Service Background, has the ability to work to deadlines, and can build relationships with both clients and applicants to our service. Training Provided.
