First Choice Selection Services are recruiting an additional Consultant to join our Belfast based Commercial Team. First Choice are a leading supplier of both Temporary and Permanent Staff to a wide range of Private and Public sector organisations. This role will involve being responsible for an existing Division covering the supply of Staff in our Southern Area and Bangor Region.
This will include:
- Liaising on Client Staff Needs
- Managing Existing Workforce
- Preparing And Placing Recruitment Adverts
- Screening Advert Response
- Registering Staff in Person and By Teams
- Business Development via Sales Activities
- Taking Part in Recruitment Days and Job Fairs
Hours: 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Driving Licence and own Transport essential in the Role.
Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus. Applicants should come from a Business background and have strong people skills. Recruitment requires a motivated person who can work to deadlines and be able to build relationships with both Clients and Temporary workforce. Training Provided.
