Healthcare Support and Compliance Role. First Choice Selection Services are a leading supplier of temporary healthcare staff to both the public and private sectors across N Ireland. We are seeking an Administrator to join the team who will be responsible for ensuring both new and existing staff are meeting all the legal requirements to work within the healthcare sector. This will include:
- Maintaining training database and ensuring staff undertake mandatory training
- Obtaining work references
- Checking right to work in the UK
- Processing Access NI applications
- Maintaining staff database
- Assisting consultants with daily activities within the division
A healthcare background would be an advantage. Applicants need to be well organised with attention to detail. Strong computer and customer skills are essential.
Hours: 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an office-based role.
