We are recruiting Children's Residential Support Workers for a Belfast-based care facility that supports children and adolescents with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. The role involves working with young people of varying abilities, assisting with daily living activities, updating care plans, and promoting independence wherever possible through encouragement and support.

This is a temporary full-time position, working on a rota basis, with immediate starts available following the completion of the required paperwork. The assignment is expected to last for a minimum of six months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate ranges from £12.75 to £21.55 per hour, with enhanced rates available for weekend, night, and sleepover shifts. Available shift patterns include 7.00am-12.00pm, 7.00am-2.00pm, 1.30pm-10.00pm, and sleepover shifts.
