We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer for an immediate start to support the Information Governance department based in Ballymoney. This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months. This position offers flexible working arrangements of either 3 days per week 9.00am-5.00pm, with flexibility on the days worked or 5 days per week 9.00am-1.00pm. The rate of pay is £14.06 per hour.

The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative support, including:

  • Managing records and correspondence
  • Organising meetings
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the team

Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Information Governance, including managing correspondence, organising information, and supporting daily operations.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Support meetings, working groups, and committees by preparing agendas, distributing papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Prepare memoranda, letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leave, sickness absence, training, and other personnel information.

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs graded A - C to include English and Math
  • 1 year experience working in administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Teams
