Support Accountant to join a public sector organisation in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to make a real impact on financial planning, efficiency, and strategic projects while enjoying a structured Monday-Friday working pattern and a competitive hourly rate.
The Role
Reporting to the Head Accountant, you will support the Trust's financial health by providing expert advice, analysing business cases and capital projects, and delivering financial insights to senior stakeholders. You will also assist with planning, efficiency and recovery initiatives, benchmarking and cost improvements, represent Finance in service and budget discussions, and deputise for the Head Accountant as required.
Essential Criteria
- Full CCAB or CIMA qualification
- Relevant supervisory finance experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (adjustments considered if required)
