First Choice Selection Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Ballymena for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Location: Ballymena
Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Salary: £25,000 £29,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: Mid-July
Contract: 12-Month Maternity Cover
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process from initial customer enquiry right through to order completion and dispatch. You will be actively communicating with both new and existing customers, building and maintaining strong working relationships, as well as reaching out to prospective clients to help generate new business opportunities. Day-to-day, you will process sales orders accurately, coordinate closely with the manufacturing team to confirm product requirements, specifications and measurements, and work alongside the dispatch team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
What We Need From You:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or Internal Sales role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Experience with credit control would be beneficial but is not essential.
