We are recruiting Care Assistants for a dedicated role within a well-established care home in the Ballymena area, supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. As a valued member of the care team, you will work closely with residents on a one-to-one basis and alongside nursing and care staff to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care within a homely, supportive environment.
Your role will involve assisting residents with personal care, supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere for those in your care. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and experienced carers who are passionate about making a difference in a consistent care home setting.
We can offer full time, part time or ad hoc shifts. This is a temporary ongoing role and successful candidates' pay rates range from £13.50 - £17.50 depending on shift worked.

- 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
- To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
- To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
