We are currently recruiting on behalf of our private healthcare client for a Care Assistant position which is available for immediate start within a well-established 52-bedded Nursing Home in Ballycastle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated care team, providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents with dementia and nursing needs.
The role offers flexible working patterns, making it ideal for those looking to balance work around their lifestyle. As a Care Assistant, you will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, wellbeing, and individual needs are met at all times. This is a temporary ongoing position with an initial three-month assignment, offering competitive hourly rates of £13.50 - £17.50, depending on the shift worked.
Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or ad hoc work, there are flexible day (8:00am - 8:00pm) and night (8:00pm - 8:00am) shifts available to suit your availability and help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.

What We Need From You:
- 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
- To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply
- To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
