We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support our private healthcare client within a well-established 52-bedded Nursing Home in Ballycastle. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and want the flexibility to balance work around their lifestyle.

As a key member of the care team, you will work both independently and alongside experienced colleagues to provide outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and nursing needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

What's on offer:

  • Flexible working - choose your own shifts each week
  • Full-time, part-time, and ad hoc shifts available
  • Temporary position - three months ongoing
  • Day and night duties to suit your availability - 8AM-8PM or 8PM-8AM
  • Competitive hourly rates of £13.50 - £17.50, depending on shift worked

What We Need From You:

  • 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
